Rex’s replacement regulator rectifier for XV535, XV700, XV750, XV1000 XV1100 Virago V-Max 1200 1988-95 models.
Features an additional earthing wire to avoid earth faults that cause unreliable charging and ignition box failure on XV models. Simple to connect, the new wire hooks up to the bike’s main earth point and the regulator’s case to ensure a solid earth path.
Replaces Yamaha part numbers 3LP-81960-00-00, 3LP-81960-01-00, 42X-81960-A0-00 & 42X-81960-A1-00.
