Replaces the metal case ignition box marked CU1167. Refer to Suzuki part number 32900-30520. Plug in part with correct mounting bracket
Please confirm the manufacturer markings on the CDi stator/flywheel are Kokusan Denki equipment. We are unable to check this for you!

It is vital you check which generator you have, Nippon Denso or Kokusan Denki. Do not rely on the year of manufacture. Suzuki fitted different manufacturer’s equipment in some areas of the world. We are unable to check what system you have on your engine for you!

A new CDi unit is only one part of the ignition system, so if a brand new ‘plug-in’ CDi unit does not fix, or changes the symptoms then your next action is to consider other parts in the system that may need to be replaced or repaired to clear the problem, especially where that system is over 20 years old. You can be sure that the issue will be found in an old part you have not yet replaced.
