Our CDi units are hand built by technicians who are passionate about ensuring your motorcycle performs as well, if not better than when it was new.
Fully restored Kawasaki 21119-024, CU2301 CDi ignitor unit. Used on KH400 & S3 Mach2 models. Completely striped and rebuilt back to as new. Case replated, brand new modern electronics sealed in vibration and water proof resin, new leads with correct connectors are then fitted. Finished with a near identicle to new decal.

A new CDi unit is only one part of the ignition system, so if a brand new ‘plug-in’ CDi unit does not fix, or changes the symptoms then your next action is to consider other parts in the system that may need to be replaced or repaired to clear the problem, especially where that system is over 20 years old. You can be sure that the issue will be found in an old part you have not yet replaced.
