Features matching wire colours and connectors for machines originally fitted with Yamaha CDi P/N: 3J0-85540-20-00. Box was marked ‘3J0-20’.
To avoid incorrectly ordering parts: Check also the source coil, CDi wires and flywheel number – we cannot look for you!

IMPORTANT: To avoid ordering the wrong part please look and confirm also:
-Generator has only ONE source coil with a BROWN wire to CDi.
-CDi source coil is mounted on the LEFT side of the stator when fitted to the bike.
-Flywheel numbered F3T251. There are Four ‘windows’ in flywheel.

A new CDi unit is only one part of the ignition system, so if a brand new ‘plug-in’ CDi unit does not fix, or changes the symptoms then your next action is to consider other parts in the system that may need to be replaced or repaired to clear the problem, especially where that system is over 20 years old. The return of new components for re-testing in these circumstances is typically the result of misdiagnosis during fault finding and is therefore not covered under warranty.
